We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Service Manager to join our Mercedes-Benz Brighton Service Department. This hands-on role will oversee front-end customer service operations and support our service team in delivering outstanding satisfaction.

- Competitive salary package on target earning of $150,000 ++ plus car allowance
- Hours: Monday to Friday (no Saturdays)

About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury prestige brand.
- Strong leadership skills that inspire and develop your team.
- Able to work collaboratively and share the vision with our service and aftersales manager
- Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering a 5-star experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities.
- Current VIC Driver's license.
