Assistant Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Service Manager to join our Mercedes-Benz Brighton Service Department. This hands-on role will oversee front-end customer service operations and support our service team in delivering outstanding satisfaction.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, guide, and nurture the service team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while adhering to Mercedes-Benz policies and standards.
  • Manage frontline operations, building genuine rapport with customers to enhance their service experience.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements that benefit customers, the brand, and the dealership.
  • Interpret financial and performance metrics to assess departmental direction and success.
  • Manage employee training initiatives to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Drive the sale of parts and services while ensuring the highest level of customer care.
     

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury prestige brand.
  • Strong leadership skills that inspire and develop your team.
  • Able to work collaboratively and share the vision with our service and aftersales manager
  • Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering a 5-star experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organisational capabilities.
  • Current VIC Driver's license.
