Job Description

About the role:
  
This role involves showcasing luxury vehicles at their prime location and demands exceptional sales skills. It's an exciting opportunity to join the team and experience the Mercedes-Benz brand.
  
You will be entrusted with the dealership and, more importantly, with our most valued clients.

  • Actively follow up on customer queries and anticipate their needs.
  • Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
  • Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets. Keep data history on our software system.
  • Deliver vehicles.
  • Provide post-delivery support.
  • Demonstrate our values and support behaviours.
