Job Description
About The Role:
You’ll play a vital role in servicing and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to the highest standards.
Service, diagnose, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles in accordance with brand procedures and dealership standards.
Provide efficient, top-quality work with a focus on Fixed First Visit outcomes.
Maintain and surpass monthly productivity and efficiency goals.
Ensure professional communication and presentation consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Follow all OH&S policies and keep a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
Keep up-to-date with Mercedes-Benz technical literature, software, and training.
Assist in training and mentoring apprentices.
Record all service and repair details accurately for customer records.
Desired Skills and Experience
Who are we seeking?
Dealership experience, qualified technicians
Ideally, experience working on luxury European vehicles
Performing mechanical repairs
Experience with accurately completing Job Cards
Conducting quality inspections when required
Team player, working within a highly professional dealership
