We are currently recruiting a Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician to join M-B Berwick.

Job Description
About the role:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests using state-of-the-art equipment to identify and rectify vehicle issues
Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and software systems in Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Interpret diagnostic results and provide accurate advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues
Collaborate with the workshop manager, other technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and efficient repairs
Test driving & conducting quality assurance inspections
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and participate in ongoing training programs
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Qualified Technician with a high level of mechanical knowledge/experience
You will offer a full range of specialised services, including diagnosis and repair.
Accreditation at a Diagnostic Tech level (ideal)
Proven experience as a diagnostic technician, preferably with a focus on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools, software, and systems
Proficient in interpreting and analysing diagnostic reports and data
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Ability to work unsupervised
Current driver's license
