Job Description
About the Role:
As a Senior Technician reporting to the Workshop Controller, you will:
Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts.
Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
Conduct diagnostics using advanced tools and technology to identify issues accurately.
Resolve faults quickly and efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
Handle larger mechanical jobs with expertise, including engine repairs, transmission work, and electrical systems.
Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team performance and skills.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
We seek a skilled and experienced Dealership Technician with:
Previous experience with Toyota, also helps if you have Isuzu UTE, or Mahindra experience.
Strong diagnostic abilities in both mechanical and electronic systems.
Proficiency in managing complex repairs, including:
Engine diagnostics and repairs
Transmission servicing and repairs
Electrical and electronic systems troubleshooting
Brake and suspension system maintenance
A teamwork-oriented mindset and a full driving license.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
