Job Description

About the role: 

As a Pre-Owned Sales Executive at CSA Brighton, you will have the opportunity to work with an incredible selection of high-quality volume & luxury vehicles. 

About the role: 

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our inventory, including the features and benefits of each vehicle
  • Conduct test drives and present vehicle options that align with the customer's desires
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with suitable financing options
  • Maintain a customer database and follow up with potential leads to drive repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new luxury vehicle models, and competitor offerings

Desired Skills and Experience

About You: 

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in the premium segment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, models, and features
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
