About the role:
As a Pre-Owned Sales Executive at CSA Brighton, you will have the opportunity to work with an incredible selection of high-quality volume & luxury vehicles.
About the role:
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our inventory, including the features and benefits of each vehicle
Conduct test drives and present vehicle options that align with the customer's desires
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with suitable financing options
Maintain a customer database and follow up with potential leads to drive repeat business
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new luxury vehicle models, and competitor offerings
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in the premium segment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, models, and features
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
