Job Description
About the role:
You will be entrusted with the dealership and, more importantly, with our most valued clients.
Actively follow up on customer queries and anticipate their needs.
Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets. Keep data history on our software system.
Deliver vehicles.
Provide post-delivery support.
Demonstrate our values and support behaviours.
