First impressions count! We are recruiting a professional, proactive casual Receptionist with availability to work on Mondays and Saturdays to support our luxury Mercedes-Benz Berwick sales team.
As the first point of contact, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors to create an exceptional first impression.
Respond to and direct all incoming phone calls and sales enquiries.
Ensure visitors are comfortable with refreshments.
Maintain an accurate customer database.
Keep the reception, lounge, and other areas presentable (as needed).
Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and couriers.
Provide general support to the administration and management teams.
Perform other ad-hoc duties to uphold the highest standards of presentation.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
The ability to work every Monday and roster Saturday.
Proven experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills.
Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments.
Barista skills would be advantageous but not essential (training will be provided)
