Job Description
About the role:
Leading, coaching, and motivating the Sales team to achieve performance targets
Driving sales strategies, processes, and initiatives that maximise results and customer satisfaction
Overseeing the full sales cycle to ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards
Building strong customer relationships and fostering a culture of service excellence
Managing inventory, pricing, and stock presentation to optimise sales opportunities
Supporting marketing initiatives, events, and new model launches
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Ensuring CRM accuracy and driving customer lifecycle engagement
Upholding Mercedes-Benz training, brand guidelines, and operational requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Proven leadership experience in automotive sales (luxury or retail highly regarded)
Open to candidates with New or Pre-Owned experience
A passion for coaching teams and delivering premium customer experiences
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills
A results-driven mindset with resilience and a commitment to excellence
Professional presentation and meticulous attention to detail
Confidence with digital tools, CRM systems, and modern sales technologies
