Job Description
About the role: Reception responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact and providing 5 Star service for all customers who visit the dealership
Help fulfil customer requests, clarify desired information, direct to the appropriate department/staff member and forward requests
Liaise with the dealership departments to gain a who is available to understand if there are any scheduled appointments
Update relevant data and bookings accurately and immediately using multiple computer software systems
Aftercare support:
Supporting the sales team, promoting aftermarket sales options to all customers.
Liaise with the Aftercare team at our other Mercedes-Benz sites.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
Prepare and present quotes to customers for aftermarket products and services
Be a part of finalising the sale and follow up with customers post-purchase
Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth installation and delivery of aftermarket products
This is a full-time position working five days a week, including Saturday, with a scheduled day off during the week. You will need to be available to work between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
If you have dealership experience in a similar role you are encouraged to apply for, we would love to chat.
Ideally, have experience in customer service or sales working in a face-to-face role.
You will have an outgoing, warm, and bubbly personality and enjoy providing the best customer service and solutions.
