About You
- We don’t expect automotive experience — we’re looking for attitude, drive, and people skills. Ideally, you bring:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- A genuine interest in people and delivering exceptional service
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Strong listening and communication skills
- A competitive, winning mindset
- Reliability, honesty, motivation, and professional presentation
- The ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships
- This is a full-time, five-day-a-week role, including Saturdays.
- A current VIC Driver’s Licence
- And most importantly, a real passion for driving sales success
