Job Description

About the Role:
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will play a key role in boosting sales and building relationships within the local community. 
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through in-person meetings, calls, and emails while gathering valuable market insights.
  • Record sales activity, update order information, and keep the Manager informed.
  • Track and improve personal sales performance to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Achieve brand sales goals and maintain strong gross profit results.
  • Understand customer needs clearly and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate costings and deliver professional, competitive quotations.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all product features, models, pricing, options, and accessories.
  • Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
  • Contribute to showroom and yard displays to maximise customer engagement.
  • Support dealership promotions, events, and marketing activities.
  • Follow up with previous owners and actively prospect new opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training, both in-house and with OEM partners.

  • Valid VIC Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
