Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to and supported by an experienced Group Marketing Manager, the role will:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase Mercedes-Benz vehicles, services, and offers—always aligned with strict brand guidelines
Manage digital marketing activity, including social media, eDMs, SMS campaigns, website content, and online advertising to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition
Collaborate with senior management to create compelling promotional materials and sales collateral
Liaise with partner agencies, suppliers, brand sponsors, and ambassadors to maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Support the Marketing & Events Manager with premium events, new model launches, and brand activations
Prepare and present marketing performance reports, analysing data to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI
Build and nurture relationships with media partners and advertising agencies to maximise exposure for Mercedes-Benz Brighton, Mornington and the broader group
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Experience in a marketing role (automotive experience is a bonus but not essential)
A marketing degree or relevant business qualification; retail experience is highly regarded
Strong digital capability: website CMS, Google Analytics, CRM systems, eDM/SMS platforms
Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) are advantageous
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and digital performance data
Self-motivated, career-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional, polished, and committed to delivering excellence
