We are now seeking an experienced Pre‑Delivery Administration Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient flow of vehicles through the pre‑delivery process. This role is essential to ensuring every vehicle is prepared, documented and ready for handover to exacting brand standards.

Job Description
About the role
Reporting to the Pre-Delivery / Service leadership team, you will coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of vehicle pre-delivery for new, demonstrator, and pre-owned vehicles. You’ll work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Detailers, and external suppliers to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality vehicle deliveries.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule pre-delivery activities to meet delivery deadlines
Manage pre-delivery documentation, RO’s and compliance records
Maintain accurate vehicle status tracking and reporting
Liaise with Sales, Service, Parts, Detailing and suppliers
Support quality checks and final presentation prior to vehicle handover
Assist with workflow coordination and departmental administration
Ensure processes align with Mercedes-Benz standards, policies and safety requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Experience in dealership service or pre-delivery administration
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator able to work across multiple departments
Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative and reporting capability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Current Australian driver’s licence and full working rights
