About the Role:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As our Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in our flagship dealership. Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Developing innovative sales strategies that align with our objectives.
• Leading by example, fostering strong customer relationships to boost brand loyalty and retention.
• Monitoring sales performance and assisting the Sales Manager in optimising team performance.
• Engaging in our sales team's recruitment, training, and development.
• Support inventory management and build strong relationships with OEM and other departments.
• Staying ahead of industry trends by attending events and trade shows.
• Some Selling and Customer Account Management

Who Are We Looking For?
We want a motivated leader with a hands-on approach and a knack for networking. We'd love to hear from you if you possess excellent communication skills and a passion for the industry!
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Technical knowledge of managing end-to-end builds across an extensive range.
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• A track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage effectively across all levels.
• A valid Truck Licence (or eligibility to obtain an HR licence).
• Familiarity with Pentana, Eranet, and Dealer Socket systems is a plus.
