First impressions count! To support our Mercedes-Benz New Vehicle Sales Department, we are recruiting a professional receptionist with strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as the first point of contact, both by phone and in person. 

Job Description

About the role: 
As our receptionist, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of the reception area, manage competing priorities, and deliver a seamless, polished customer experience at all times.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all visitors and incoming enquiries
  • Deliver a premium first impression, both in person and over the phone
  • Oversee the day-to-day flow and presentation of reception
  • Coordinate and maintain customer records and databases
  • Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and couriers
  • Manage stationery, supplies, and front-of-house organisation
  • Maintain immaculate presentation across reception and guest lounge areas
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and dealership communications
  • Provide proactive support to administration and management teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

Desired Skills and Experience

About you: 

  • You are a confident and polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in owning your space.
  • Proven experience working with luxury brands in a reception or front-of-house role (dealership experience highly regarded) 
  • Strong ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and personal presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume environment 
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) 
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Hours - 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday roster.
