First impressions count! To support our Mercedes-Benz New Vehicle Sales Department, we are recruiting a professional receptionist with strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as the first point of contact, both by phone and in person.
Job Description
About the role:
As our receptionist, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of the reception area, manage competing priorities, and deliver a seamless, polished customer experience at all times.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the lead point of contact for all visitors and incoming enquiries
Deliver a premium first impression, both in person and over the phone
Oversee the day-to-day flow and presentation of reception
Coordinate and maintain customer records and databases
Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and couriers
Manage stationery, supplies, and front-of-house organisation
Maintain immaculate presentation across reception and guest lounge areas
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and dealership communications
Provide proactive support to administration and management teams
Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

About you:
You are a confident and polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in owning your space.
Proven experience working with luxury brands in a reception or front-of-house role (dealership experience highly regarded)
Strong ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and personal presentation
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Hours - 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday roster.
