Job Description

About the Role:
As a Senior Technician reporting to the Workshop Controller, you will:

  • Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts.
  • Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Conduct diagnostics using advanced tools and technology to identify issues accurately.
  • Resolve faults quickly and efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
  • Handle larger mechanical jobs with expertise, including engine repairs, transmission work, and electrical systems.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team performance and skills.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who We’re Looking For:

  • We seek a skilled and experienced Dealership Technician with:
  • Strong diagnostic abilities in both mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in managing complex repairs, including:
  • Engine diagnostics and repairs
  • Transmission servicing and repairs
  • Electrical and electronic systems troubleshooting
  • Brake and suspension system maintenance
  • A teamwork-oriented mindset and a full driving license.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
