Job Description
About the Role
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will represent the Toyota brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and product expertise. Your day will include:
• Greeting customers, understanding their needs and building rapport
• Conducting test drives and showcasing Toyota features
• Presenting solutions, negotiating confidently and closing deals
• Staying current with Toyota models, technology and promotions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty
• Contributing to a positive, high-performance sales environment

Who We’re Looking For
• Automotive sales experience within a dealership environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Confident negotiation and closing abilities
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
