About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales department and serve as a hands-on sales leader.
You will play a key role in:
Drive growth of the CSA brand at Mercedes-Benz Mornington
Active selling, deal structuring, and closing
Mark your mark and eventually develop a high-performing sales team
Delivering strong results across volume, gross, and customer satisfaction
Embedding a high-performance culture focused on KPIs, profitability, and continuous improvement
Establishing processes and standards aligned with both CSA expectations
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily sales operations and overall dealership performance
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through every interaction.
Drive and close deals with a plan to grow the department and team
Manage pipeline, reporting, and sales performance metrics
Collaborate with Finance to maximise commercial outcomes
Build a strong customer base and repeat business
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitors, and product offerings
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, 2IC or Senior Automotive Sales Consultant (prestige highly regarded).
A genuine leader who sells, not just manages
Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Commercial acumen with focus on profitability and performance
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Current driver’s licence
