Job Description
About the role
As our Reconditioning / Roadworthy Technician, you will play a key role in preparing our pre-owned vehicle range for sale, ensuring each vehicle meets quality, compliance and presentation standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting accurate and compliant Roadworthy Certificate inspections
Completing mechanical assessments and providing clear advice on vehicle condition
Performing general repairs, reconditioning work and scheduled servicing
Diagnosing and resolving complex or unusual mechanical issues
Carrying out test drives and final quality checks before delivery or return
Working closely with workshop and dealership teams to support smooth daily operations
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A Light Vehicle Roadworthy Licence
Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair experience
Experience across luxury and/or volume brands — highly regarded
The ability to work independently and meet required standards
Strong communication and time management skills
A positive, reliable and professional attitude
A current unrestricted driver’s licence
