Based at Mercedes-Benz Brighton, you'll work across diverse channels while supporting our marketing executives in delivering impactful campaigns.
Reporting to and supported by the Group Marketing & Events Managers, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentoring while growing your skills.

About the role:
Design, produce & schedule social media content
Write, edit and produce 1:1 communications to our database through eDM and SMS platforms
Collaborate and coordinate with external agencies, brief designers, digital specialists and suppliers on creative assets like video, photography, ads and branding
Marketing administration support, including meeting preparation and regular reporting
Support retail campaigns – assist our marketing team to deliver marketing plans, research, and content strategies
Plan and produce memorable dealership and external events, including new product launches and brand activations, to engage customers and enhance brand loyalty
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
1+ year relevant experience in a Marketing role
Marketing degree or comparable business-related qualification. Experience gained working in a fast-paced retail environment will be highly regarded.
Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite applications, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Meticulous attention to detail with strong proof-reading skills;
Strong analytical skills to identify marketing trends, ability to analyse marketing and digital media data;
Career driven with a strong work ethic;
Project a professional image at all times;
Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
