Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Warranty Officer to assist with warranty administration and processing claims. In this role, you will travel across our four Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

Job Description
About the Role
This is an on-site position that can be based at Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Waverley or Brighton, with regular travel required to support all dealership locations, including Mornington.
Reporting to the Aftersales and Service Managers, your responsibilities will include:
Processing warranty claims and ensuring accurate documentation and submissions
Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts Departments to gather warranty information
Monitoring claim progress and following up to ensure timely resolutions
Maintaining accurate records of approvals, rejections and reimbursements
Remaining up to date with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies and procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in dealership warranty administration
Mercedes-Benz, a luxury automotive brand, is highly regarded
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong computer literacy and experience using dealership systems
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites as required
