To continue Patterson Cheney Toyota's success, we are now recruiting a Parts Back Counter to supply genuine Toyota parts and support Isuzu UTE and Mahindra.
Job Description
About the role:
Providing fast and accurate parts interpretations
Issuing parts to workshop staff
Ordering stock and assisting with stocktaking
Provide quotes and invoices as required
Assist with other general warehouse duties and tasks as required
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
Provide exceptional customer service
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Parts experience, ideally dealership experience or Parts retailers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive work ethic with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Computer and admin literacy skills
The ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
Attention to detail
A willingness to learn and continue to develop your skills
Be friendly, helpful, confident and have an engaging personality
Current driver’s licence
