Job Description
Mercedes-Benz Brighton is seeking an Aftermarket Consultant to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the automotive industry and is eager to deliver exceptional service and support to customers. You will live and breathe customer service by engaging and capturing all aftercare sales opportunities.
About the role:
Maximise sales prospects across New Vehicles, Pre-Owned Vehicles, and Van departments.
Deliver unmatched standards of service throughout the customer journey.
Engage with customers to identify their aftermarket needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and dealership promotions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Experience as an Aftercare Consultant in the automotive dealership, ideally with luxury brands.
A natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Highly driven to achieve targets and well-organised.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Advanced computer skills and excellent personal presentation.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
