Job Description
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will boost sales and build customer relationships, ensuring smooth communication between the workshop control, parts department, and customers.
About the role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Working within Toyota policies, guidelines and standards
Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop.
Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have.
Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
Be a team player, liaising with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport, and identify what our customers want and need.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
Experience as a Dealership Service Advisor will be essential.
Exceptional customer service skills; can consistently deliver 5-star service.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to sell vehicle maintenance solutions
Sound organisational skills and time management
Current VIC Driver's license
Eagerness to learn and upskill
