Job Description
First impressions matter! We are seeking a professional Receptionist with strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as the first point of contact, both by phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors with professionalism
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
Keep the customer database up-to-date
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and couriers, ensuring clarity and timeliness
Order and maintain necessary stationery and supplies
Ensure the reception area and lounge are immaculate
Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail
Assist administration and management teams as needed
Perform additional tasks to uphold our standards of excellence
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Previous dealership experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Strong focus on accuracy and presentation
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Initiative, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
Neat and polished presentation
