First impressions count! We are recruiting a professional and proactive casual Receptionist with the availability to work Saturdays and Wednesdays to support our Mercedes-Benz Sales team. As the first point of contact, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both 'over the phone' and 'in person.'
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- The ability to work every Saturday and Wednesday.
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills.
- Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments.
- Barista skills would be advantageous but not essential (training will be provided)
