Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a People and Culture Co-Ordinator (P&C Co-Ordinator) to support our HR functions and help us achieve our strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in facilitating talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate on recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments.
Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.
Facilitate onboarding processes, including inductions and training scheduling.
Manage offboarding to ensure compliance and smooth transitions.
Administer performance appraisal cycles and support improvement processes using our HRIS.
Assess training needs and coordinate internal and external learning solutions.
Promote professional growth and compliance training.
Ensure adherence to Fair Work legislation and maintain up-to-date policies.
Assist in resolving grievances and disputes.
Collaborate on safety practices and coordinate relevant training.
Champion mental health initiatives within the organisation.
Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our company values.
Analyse engagement trends and recommend retention strategies.
Organise large-scale team events and recognise team member milestones.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and relevant awards.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems (ELMO preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A high level of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
Valid driver’s license.
