About the role:
Based at Mercedes-Benz Brighton, supporting Mercedes-Benz Mornington, you will be instrumental in retaining our valued Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) customers. Your leadership will drive finance retention strategies to enhance customer repurchase and refinance outcomes across our Car and Van portfolios.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and implement finance retention strategies for existing MBFS customers.
Drive repurchase and refinance initiatives for Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans.
Manage retention activities in line with contract maturity and program timelines.
Coach and support dealership sales teams to maximise retention performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a premium customer experience.
Monitor retention performance and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer engagement.
Uphold the Mercedes-Benz brand and elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in automotive dealership finance, retention, or portfolio management
Strong commercial and analytical capability with a customer-centric mindset
Demonstrated leadership experience across multi-site or group environments
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with strong reporting and compliance awareness
Solid understanding of finance products, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Ability to perform in a deadline-driven, performance-focused environment
