Job Description
About the role:
Based at either Mercedes-Benz Berwick or Mercedes-Benz Waverley, you will be instrumental in retaining our valued Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) customers. Your leadership will drive finance retention strategies to enhance customer repurchase and refinance outcomes across our Car and Van portfolios.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and implement finance retention strategies for existing MBFS customers.
Drive repurchase and refinance initiatives for Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans.
Manage retention activities in line with contract maturity and program timelines.
Coach and support dealership sales teams to maximise retention performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a premium customer experience.
Monitor retention performance and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer engagement.
Uphold the Mercedes-Benz brand and elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint.
Desired Skills and Experience

Proven experience in automotive finance, retention, or portfolio management
Strong commercial and analytical capability with a customer-centric mindset
Demonstrated leadership experience across multi-site or group environments

Solid understanding of finance products, contracts, and regulatory requirements
