Based at Mercedes-Benz Brighton, we seek a Service Advisor for its award-winning Mercedes-Benz Service Department to continue our success.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Dealership Service Advisor.
- Ideally, familiarity with prestige automotive brands.
- Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering a 5-star experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills.
- A valid VIC Driver's Licence.
- A willingness to learn and enhance your skills.
