Job Description
About the Role:
In this trainee position, you will:
Proactively follow up on customer inquiries—no procrastinators here!
Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings.
Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records in our software system.
Assist with vehicle deliveries and provide post-delivery support.
Embody our values and support team behaviours.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
Customer service experience is preferred, but not required; a genuine interest in automotive sales is essential.
A passion for exceeding customer expectations and a strong interest in people.
Must be able to work in a structured framework and be open to learning
Reliable, honest, and well-presented with strong relationship-building skills.
Full-time, 5 days per week; Saturday availability is required.
A current VIC Driver's License and consent for a police check are mandatory.
