Job Description
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Counter Parts Interpreter to join our team. In this role, you will assist our service department and customers by providing expert advice on parts and accessories. Your strong communication skills and automotive knowledge will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and fulfil parts orders from service technicians and customers.
Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
Maintain an organised inventory and ensure the accuracy of parts stock.
Assist with processing incoming parts shipments and returns.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts.
