Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Interpreter (Trade and Retail) to join our team. In this role, you will assist trade and retail customers by providing expert advice on parts and accessories. Your strong communication skills and automotive knowledge will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and fulfil parts orders from trade and retail customers.
Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
Maintain an organised inventory and ensure the accuracy of parts stock.
Assist in processing incoming parts shipments and returns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers by delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts delivery.
Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
Previous experience as a parts interpreter or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software.
