To build on our success, we are looking for a Parts Interpreter for our back counter and retail operations. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional support to workshop and retail customers, and we believe the right candidate will thrive in our dynamic environment.
About you:
- A Mercedes-Benz Part Interpreter is an ideal fit; however, we are open to applications from Dealership-experienced Parts Interpreters.
- Must have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer and administrative literacy skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and further develop your skills.
- Be friendly, helpful, confident, and possess an engaging personality.
- Current driver's licence.
