As we continue to excel in the industry, we are seeking an experienced Truck Sales Consultant to join our team.
About the role:
As a proactive, creative team member reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining solid relationships with new and current customers in the transport industry.
- Promote and sell Isuzu Truck models catering to customers' needs.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on truck specifications, features, and benefits.
- Conducting truck demonstrations and test drives to showcase their capabilities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
About you:
Previous sales experience, ideally in selling trucks in a dealership environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, but importantly, you will be solution-focused and understand the customer's needs.
Results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Ideally, experience with Pentana ERA software.
Valid heavy vehicle driver's license OR you are eligible and willing to obtain one.
